CHESTNUT FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

200 gr chestnut flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
50 g raisins
50 g pine nuts
olive oil
salt

PROCEDURE:
In a bowl mix the chestnut flour and sugar, add water until it forms a smooth batter. Add the raisins, previously made soften warm water, pine nuts and salt.

In a pan with plenty of oil pour the batter with a spoon.

A cooking have been chestnut fritters on a paper towel, sprinkle with sugar and serve hot.
