This recipe is a typical Piedmontese cuisine, this recipe is prepared mainly on the hills of the Langhe.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
N 4 cooked chicken breasts
n 3 salted anchovies
n 1 lemon
white truffles from Alba n 1
Cut the chicken into thin strips and put them in cold in a salad.
Wash and boned salted anchovies, finely chopped, put them in a bowl to join the lemon juice, olive oil just enough to season the chicken and some 'mustard. Mix well until the anchovies break
Pour the sauce over the chicken, stir and cover the preparation with thin slices of white truffle.
In this recipe, the base is boiled chicken, but it can also be fine to use chicken left over from a previous preparation, it is important that not too tasty otherwise ruin the taste of the dish.
